MHS Basketball Games Against Owasso Rescheduled for Thursday
Launch the media gallery 1 playerDue to the possibility of inclement weather, all junior varsity and varsity basketball games against Owasso scheduled for tonight have been canceled. Makeup games for varsity teams will take place this Thursday, January 26 at the Rougher Village arena. Girls will play at 5 p.m. Boys will play at 6:30 p.m.
The RYSA halftime game featuring Irving Elementary vs. Cherokee Elementary 4th and 5th grade girls will be played during the halftime of the boys game on Thursday.
At this time, all other district activities will take place as scheduled. District officials will continue to monitor weather conditions. A decision on school closure for tomorrow, Wednesday, January 25 will be made prior to 6 a.m. Should a closure take place, it will be announced through the district's website, social media, and notification system.
