Your child is a participant in a Title 1 School-wide program/school this year. Title 1 is a federal program designed to help students and their schools reach high academic standards through additional supports. The purpose of the survey is to gather information regarding how well your child's school communicates with parents. Please, take a few minutes to answer the questions below.
