Muskogee Public Schools Weekly COVID-19 Update for Aug. 17-23, 2020
Launch the media gallery 1 playerMUSKOGEE, Okla. - Muskogee Public Schools will provide a weekly update regarding COVID-19 positive tests associated with the district. This update covers the week of August 17-23, 2020.
District-wide there were no positive COVID-19 tests reported to the district.
In response to each positive case, the program area director or the supervisor would be notified of the positive COVID-19 test and the appropriate protocols followed. Those individuals would be quarantined for 10 days and follow the Muskogee County Health Department guidelines.
If any student/staff member is having symptoms that prompt him or her to get a COVID-19 test, that individual should follow CDC guidelines of 10-day quarantine and 48-hour symptom-free protocol from the onset of symptoms or positive test.
