MPS Indian Education Backpack Giveaway Scheduled for July 28-29
Launch the media gallery 1 playerMUSKOGEE, Okla. - Muskogee Indian Education Department will be handing out backpacks to all Indian Education students, Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade, on Tuesday, July 28 and Wednesday, July 29 inside Maj. Ron Milam Gymnasium on the Muskogee High School campus.
Backpack distribution will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28 and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29. Families should enter through the main entrance to Ron Milam Gymnasium to the upper concourse.
Families will need to bring their child’s tribal registration or CDIB card to enroll them in the program to receive their backpack and gifts.
