Student Personal Property Pick-Up Dates Announced for MPS Schools

Schools across the district have announced dates and times for student property to be picked up. This will serve as a running list of those dates and times as they are announced. 

 

Creek Elementary 

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade - Tuesday, May 12, 2020 - 9 am - 12 pm

3rd Grade - 5th Grade - Wednesday, May 13, 2020 - 9 am - 12 pm

All Grades (K-5) - Thursday, May 14, 2020 - 9 am - 3 pm

Drive through the south loop, please stay in your vehicle and those items will be delivered curbside to your vehicle. 

 

Irving Elementary

Grades K - 2nd : Tuesday, May 12, 2020 - 9 am to Noon

Grades 3rd - 5th: Wednesday, May 13, 2020 - 9 am to Noon

This will ONLY be Drive-Thru pick-up in the bus line area. 

 

Whittier Elementary

Thursday, May 14, 2020 - 6-7 pm

Student Awards and Personal Belongings can be picked up at 1705 E. Cincinnati Ave. 

 

Sadler Arts Academy

Thursday, May 14, 2020 

Grades K-4: 9 am - Noon

Grades 5-8: Noon - 3 pm

Those unable to attend on Thursday should come Friday, May 15, 2020 from 9 am to 3 pm

Please pull up from MLK Street and use northbound traffic flow! 

 

Pershing Elementary

Friday, May 15, 2020

Pre-K - 2nd Grade: 9 am - 11 am

3rd and 4th Grade: 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

5th Grade: 3 - 4 pm

If you cannot make Friday, pick-up is available on Monday, May 18, 2020 from 9-11 am

 

6th Grade Academy @ Grant Foreman

Pod C - 8 am - 11:30 am

Pod A - 11:30 am - 3 pm

 

Friday, May 15, 2020

Pod D - 8 am - 11:30 am

Pod B - 11:30 am - 3 pm

Pull up to the front of the school going north on Bacone Street. Someone will greet you at your vehicle.

Senior Cap & Gown Pick-Up and Checkout - Thursday, May 21, 2020 - 11am - 1 pm
